Coronavirus: Raggi, “Taglio posti su bus e orari differenziati per la Fase 2”
”Dobbiamo disegnare insieme il nostro futuro, le nostre città, gli spazi dove vivere e, soprattutto, il lavoro. Avremo una opportunità ma dovremo impegnarci tanto perché non sarà né semplice né scontato”. In un post su Facebook la sindaca di Roma Virginia Raggi delinea alcuni punti dello scenario che potrebbe configurarsi dal prossimo 4 maggio, con la partenza della cosiddetta Fase 2 dopo la fine del lockdown e la progressiva riapertura delle attività.
”Non sarà un ritorno alla normalità – ha precisato Raggi –. Molti di noi hanno perso un impiego e hanno difficoltà economiche, molti dovranno organizzare la propria vita con la necessità di accudire i figli in assenza della scuola, molti hanno timore di tornare ad avere un minimo di contatti sociali per paura del contagio. Dobbiamo essere uniti affinché nessuno resti indietro”.
In conseguenza delle mutate condizioni di vita generali anche i trasporti urbani della Capitale dovranno essere rimodulati per andare incontro alle nuove esigenze e prevenire eventuali contagi. A tal proposito la Sindaca ha illustrato a grandi linee alcuni punti emersi nel corso della riunione tenutasi ieri con Prefettura e Regione Lazio per immaginare quella che potrebbe delinearsi come una vera e propria “rivoluzione”.
“Siamo partiti dal presupposto – spiega Raggi – che il distanziamento sociale sarà necessario, così come l’invito a usare mascherine e guanti, e che dovremo prevedere una riduzione importante del numero di posti a disposizione sui mezzi pubblici per evitare affollamenti. Questo elemento potrebbe spingere molti di noi a scegliere le automobili per andare a lavoro ma, se non vogliamo ingolfare di macchine la nostra città, dobbiamo lavorare principalmente per ridurre le necessità di spostamento delle persone. Continueremo a ricorrere allo smart working, il lavoro da casa, laddove possibile. Dovremo differenziare gli orari di apertura e chiusura degli uffici pubblici rispetto a quelli degli esercizi commerciali, prevedendo anche orari esclusivamente pomeridiani o l’implementazione dei giorni di apertura per alcune attività. Dallo scorso anno a Roma abbiamo avviato una sperimentazione per differenziare gli orari di alcune facoltà universitarie da quelli di apertura delle attività commerciali e di inizio delle lezioni a scuola: ha funzionato. Ora dovremo estenderlo a tutta la città e tutte le attività. Tutte queste novità, le concorderemo con gli operatori economici e con le parti sociali ma, per riuscire, questo sistema ha bisogno della collaborazione di tutti. Siamo noi che dovremo riscrivere insieme il nostro futuro”.
