Trasporti: presentate ipotesi revisione Piano Mobilità
Le ipotesi di revisione del Piano generale della Mobilità sono state presentate presso il ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti.
Alla presentazione hanno partecipato il sottosegretario Bartolomeo Giachino, presidente della Consulta dell’Autotrasporto, il presidente del Consiglio Superiore dei Lavori pubblici, Franco Karrer, il capo dipartimento, Domenico Crocco, il direttore generale, Luciano Novella.
Nel lavoro è contenuta la sintesi dei principali studi effettuati per le linee-guida del Piano effettuati tra il 2007 ed il 2008 e la loro revisione alla luce dei grandi cambiamenti scaturiti dalla situazione economica del Paese in seguito alle recessione economica del 2008-2009.
“Il rapporto finale – spiega Franco Karrer – contiene i risultati delle ipotesi di revisione e vuole costituire un documento di partenza che si inserisce in un ambito di politica dei trasporti e della logistica a livello di obiettivi e azioni strategiche di attuazione”. Gli obiettivi riguardano strategie di crescita delle macrovariabili del sistema economico nazionale, a partire da Pil, occupazione ed esportazioni, alle quali il settore dei trasporti e della logistica può dare un contributo consistente.
In questa ottica è centrale e il rapporto sinergico tra l’attività della Consulta dell’autotrasporto e il Piano Generale della Mobilità, nonché l’attenzione alla politica dei trasporti dell’UE. Tra gli altri obiettivi ci sono: la maggiore apertura dei mercati e la loro regolazione, la co-modalità, l’innovazione e l’applicazione diffusa di tecnologie dell’ICT, la maggiore sostenibilità ambientale, la logistica per le aree metropolitane, lo sviluppo delle autostrade del mare, l’efficienza delle aziende del TPL e la riduzione dei deficit del settore, la razionalizzazione delle infrastrutture aeroportuali.
