Logistica ferroviaria: Mercitalia Shunting e Terminal acquisisce ramo di Autamarocchi
Il ramo d’azienda acquisito ha al suo attivo 37 dipendenti tra autisti, magazzinieri e coordinatori trasporti
L’acquisizione riguarda un ramo d’azienda di Autamarocchi S.p.A. nella sua filiale logistica di Terni, specializzata nel trasporto ferroviario.
È stato infatti firmato il contratto con cui la società MIST, che per il Polo gestisce le attività di manovra e di logistica integrata, garantirà l’end to end per i trasporti e le attività industriali di supporto al core business del Gruppo FS.
Tra queste attività rientrano anche i servizi di trasporto di materiali afferenti all’ambito ferroviario con volumi ad oggi pari a circa 20 milioni di euro all’anno, che MIST effettua per conto delle società del Gruppo stesso, in particolare RFI e Trenitalia.
Il ramo d’azienda acquisito ha al suo attivo 37 dipendenti tra autisti, magazzinieri e coordinatori trasporti, oltre a un parco mezzi dotato di 2 attrezzature specifiche e composto da 9 motrici, 7 rimorchi e 3 semirimorchi.
MIST continuerà anche il rapporto di collaborazione con Auta Marocchi.
Il Gruppo Autamarocchi S.p.A., la cui sede legale è a Trieste, svolge prevalentemente attività di trasporto stradale e intermodale, nazionale ed internazionale ed è oggi uno dei principali player italiani del settore.
“Questo ci consente di offrire ai nostri clienti servizi di trasporto dall’inizio alla fine, dal primo all’ultimo miglio, con una azione di collaborazione sinergica tra ferro e gomma” ha affermato Sabrina De Filippis, amministratore delegato di Mercitalia Logistics, società capofila del Polo Logistica. “Tutto ciò in coerenza con le strategie del Piano Industriale che, in questo segmento, prevedono di aumentare la quota di autoproduzione dei servizi di trasporto su gomma fino al 60%”.
