Logistica: Bnl e Banco di Napoli investono su Interporto Campano
Nuovi investimenti per la società Interporto Campano. Bnl-gruppo Bnp Paribas e Banco di Napoli hanno infatti previsto un finanziamento di 70 milioni di euro per supportare lo sviluppo nel settore della logistica e del trasporto ferroviario merci.
Interporto Campano, società operante nel settore della logistica integrata, dell’intermodalità e delle infrastrutture, è leader in Italia per fatturato nel settore delle infrastrutture interportuali. Inoltre, è uno dei pochi interporti nazionali a capitale interamente privato con “azionariato diffuso”, che coinvolge direttamente le imprese utenti del distretto Cis – Interporto, ed è controllato dal Cisfi che ha oltre 280 soci. Il finanziamento è funzionale all’implementazione del piano industriale, integrando le risorse finanziarie già apportate a titolo di capitale proprio, con un recente aumento di capitale.
“Questa operazione – dice Giuseppe Castagna, girettore generale del Banco di Napoli – è ulteriore conferma del nostro impegno a favore della crescita del territorio attraverso il sostegno alle imprese che operano in una prospettiva di sviluppo economico. L’Interporto Campano, come altre eccellenze imprenditoriali della Campania e del Sud in genere, rafforza il convincimento che il Mezzogiorno abbia uno straordinario potenziale, anche economico, non sempre del tutto espresso”.
“Nonostante il contesto congiunturale rimanga incerto – aggiunge Francesco Acito, direttore territoriale Corporate Sud di Bnl gruppo Bnp Paribas – abbiamo sempre supportato le imprese italiane sia nelle loro esigenze finanziarie ordinarie, sia in quelle legate ai piani di sviluppo”.
