Sicurezza: parte il progetto “Sulla giusta strada”
Incidenti stradali e sul lavoro: un legame drammatico finalmente protagonista in un’iniziativa sul tema della sicurezza stradale, “Sulla giusta strada”. E’ un progetto nato da un’idea di Aisico – Associazione Italiana per la Sicurezza della Circolazione – dalla consapevolezza che si tratta di un nodo sottovalutato, presentato a Roma a Palazzo dell’Informazione in questi giorni (e già in corso da settembre).
Eppure nel 2009 il 55% degli incidenti sul lavoro sono riconducibili ad incidenti stradali. L’iniziativa è un programma di formazione e prevenzione dei comportamenti alla guida e vede il concorso di Aisico, Polizia Stradale e Coca Cola HBC Italia. “Il valore aggiunto – ha dichiarato il Direttore del Servizio Polizia Stradale, Roberto Sgalla – è un lavoro in squadra pubblico-privato e l’impegno della polizia in un’attività di prossimità al territorio e non più solo come controllore, istituzionale e distante dall’utente”.
L’obiettivo è di accompagnare i guidatori ed in particolare gli oltre 1800 dipendenti della grande multinazionale che in prevalenza viaggiano in auto con una serie di incontri di informazione e formazione con lezioni tenute da personale della Polizia Stradale, al termine dei quali, sarà consegnato il manuale “Sulla giusta Strada”, Appunti per una guida responsabile.
L’idea nuova è che un’azienda scelga di investire in formazione per il proprio personale in un ambito ancora inesplorato ma che tocca da vicino la realtà aziendale anche sotto il profilo economico. Aisico intende stimolare con quest’esperienza altre aziende, mettendo appunto grazie al progetto con la Coca Cola HBC Italia un vero e proprio modello di Total Quality aziendale
