Formazione: al via i corsi finanziati dall’Albo
Sono in fase di partenza dei nuovi corsi per le imprese di autotrasporto sovvenzionati dal Comitato Centrale dell’Albo. Si tratta di 20 corsi incentrati sulla normativa del settore, che nell’ultimo anno ha subito notevoli modifiche – accesso alla professione e al mercato; condizioni e costi del contratto di trasporto; modifiche al contratto di lavoro con i dipendenti -. Quelli appena iniziati sono solo i primi di un gruppo di 80 corsi che il Comitato Centrale – come spiega una nota – ha previsto di erogare gratuitamente alle imprese di autotrasporto interessate entro la fine del 2012, in quattro diverse materie. Oltre alla normativa di settore, i cui corsi sono stati assegnati in base ad un avviso pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, gli altri 60 corsi approfondiranno tempi di guida e di riposo, modifiche al codice della strada e le merci pericolose, logistica e la movimentazione delle merci, alfabetizzazione informatica o le lingue. Per ciascuna materia è stato emanato un avviso dal Comitato Centrale, pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale, con tre distinte scadenze per le relative domande di partecipazione – in particolare 12 e 25 settembre 2012 e 2 ottobre 2012 – per ripartire i 20 corsi sovvenzionati per ciascuna tematica. Nel loro insieme, gli ottanta corsi coinvolgeranno dai 1.300 ai 2.000 partecipanti, tra titolari, rappresentanti legali, soci, dirigenti, quadri, impiegati, conducenti e dipendenti delle aziende di trasporto e/o logistica iscritte all’Albo degli Autotrasportatori, con qualunque titolo di studio posseduto. “Al termine dei corsi – spiega ancora la nota – verranno rilasciati, da parte degli enti di formazione, gli attestati di frequenza a coloro che seguiranno oltre il 70% delle ore di lezione. Attestati che già alcune imprese di autotrasporto considerano quale titolo di preferenza nella selezione del personale”.
