Ccnl merci: firmata intesa. Revocato lo sciopero del 20 e 21 dicembre
E’ stato revocato lo sciopero previsto per lunedì 20 e martedì 21 dicembre dai sindacati Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl e Uiltrasporti per il mancato rinnovo del contratto nazionale di lavoro del settore merci da parte delle associazioni dell’autotrasporto. Nel corso di un incontro svoltosi ieri, è stata infatti siglata un’intesa tra Anita, Fita, Trasporto Unito e i sindacati sulla parte economica del rinnovo, accordo che, pur non affrontando ancora gli aspetti normativi, rinviati a futuri incontri, ha spinto le sigle sindacali a revocare lo sciopero. Le associazioni firmatarie si riservano comunque di valutare i contenuti dell’intesa con i rispettivi organi direttivi. Per quanto riguarda le Federazioni che fanno capo a Conftrasporto, “non possono che prendere atto della conclusione raggiunta ed invitare le imprese aderenti a riconoscere gli incrementi retributivi nelle modalità definite da Anita, Fita, Trasporto Unito – si legge in una nota del presidente Paolo Uggè-. Nel confermare, infine, che continueranno ad assicurare il loro costruttivo contributo per la definizione delle restanti parti normative, si riservano a loro volta di sottoporre ai propri organismi, nei tempi statutariamente previsti e comunque in tempo utile , l’intero impianto contrattuale nel testo che verrà definito, al fine di ottenerne a necessaria ratifica”.
