Enac sospende la licenza a Livingston Airlines
La compagnia aerea Livingston, nata nel 2003 con sede a Malpensa e specializzata nei voli di linea e charter, non è più in grado di volare. Lo comunica Enac, in seguito a una riunione con i vertici della società, durante la quale la Livingston stessa ha dichiarato di non poter proseguire l’attività volativa. Pertanto, l’Enac ha disposto la sospensione della Licenza di Trasporto Aereo al vettore a partire dalle ore 24:00 del 14 ottobre 2010. L’Enac ha ingiunto inoltre alla compagnia, ai sensi della normativa vigente, di provvedere alla riprotezione dei passeggeri nei 6 giorni che intercorrono prima della sospensione, privilegiando anzitutto quelli che, dall’estero, attendono di rientrare in Italia.
Nel frattempo, la Livingston è stata convocata dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico per esaminare la grave situazione aziendale.
