Aeroporto di Brindisi: dal 13 giugno riparte il volo Swiss per Zurigo
Dal prossimo 13 giugno Swiss International Air Lines ripristinerà il collegamento Zurigo-Brindisi. In questa prima fase, il volo si articolerà su una doppia frequenza settimanale.
“La Svizzera rappresenta da sempre un mercato fondamentale per la Puglia, per il Salento e per tutta l’area del Sud Est del nostro Paese. Per questo motivo non può sorprendere che Swiss sia stata tra i primi vettori a comunicare la ripresa delle operazioni proprio sull’aeroporto di Brindisi – ha dichiara il presidente di Aeroporti di Puglia, Tiziano Onesti –. L’annuncio segna un ulteriore passo in avanti verso una graduale ripresa dell’operatività dello scalo. L’interruzione, che finalmente sta per giungere al termine, ha permesso di realizzare tutta una serie di interventi per garantire il pieno rispetto dei protocolli e delle procedure per la sicurezza per vettori, operatori aeroportuali e passeggeri.
Questo volo lo interpretiamo come segno di rinnovata fiducia e progettualità verso la nostra terra che è sempre presente tra le destinazioni top europee e mondiali ”.
“Siamo felici di poter ripristinare, a partire dal prossimo 13 giugno, i nostri collegamenti per l’aeroporto di Brindisi dal nostro hub di Zurigo – ha commentato Steffen Weinstok, senior director Sales Italy & Malta Lufthansa Group –. La ripresa di questa tratta si colloca all’interno del nuovo programma annunciato per la seconda metà di giugno, in cui le compagnie aeree del Gruppo Lufthansa torneranno a offrire 173 frequenze settimanali in ben 14 aeroporti in tutta Italia, a testimonianza del valore di Brindisi e di tutto il mercato italiano per il Gruppo, secondo per importanza in Europa solo ai nostri mercati domestici.”
